My 2025 Favourites

While 2025 has been a slower year for me in terms of photography, it has also been equally, if not more, fulfilling in other aspects of life.

This was the first year I entered photography competitions, and I’m so grateful to have been recognized by Audubon and CUPOTY. In addition, being recognised and/or featured by National Geographic, Emirates Nature-WWF, and Al Khaleej Times through my work and contributions as a volunteer has been such a motivating experience. All of this has only driven me to achieve and create more in 2026.

I’m often very hesitant to share achievements because I know how they're perceived externally, especially those who don't know me personally. At the same time, these are things I’ve put a lot of thought and work into achieving. It’s taken a lot to get to this point, and I couldn’t have done it without the help and inspiration of so many talented individuals in this field, far more than I could ever begin to thank.

So thank you for all the support and encouragement, and here’s to many more inspiring times out in the field in 2026.
